1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original manufacturer packaging, and in re-saleable condition with all accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged in transit or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@biovertexa.net with photo/video evidence. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange an immediate free replacement or 100% refund.
3. Return Address & Instructions
- Send an email to support@biovertexa.net with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions within 24 hours.
